Bing Maps Demos

	Exhibition Embedded (Silverlight) This application shows stands in an exhibition hall and highlights a specific stand based on a hall- and stand-id. Hall- and stand-id are passed to the website as URL-parameter (e.g. Default.htm?stand=MCEC-4214). The data is stored in Windows Azure and SQL Azure.

	Drag-able Route (AJAX) Drag-able routes in the Bing Maps AJAX control. You will find the source code here.
	Find-Near-Route (Silverlight) On the 25th of June SQL Azure became spatial-enabled. This applications uses the spatial data-types, spatial indexes and spatial-functions in SQL Azure to implement a search along a route.
	Using the Bing Maps AJAX Control in Core-Mode on Mobile Devices (AJAX) This application uses the Bing Maps AJAX control in core mode in order to provide interactive maps in mobile web-sites. The core-mode is a stripped down version of the AJAX control that was introduced in June 2010. Try Microsoft Tag to navigate directly to the site on your mobile phone.
	Dynamic Tile-Generation (and Caching) with Windows Azure and SQL Azure (Silverlight) This application is completely data driven. Links in the panel, tile-layers and shape-layers are being dynamically generated from SQL Azure. Tile are being cached in the Windows Azure Blob Storage.
	Bing Maps & Ordnance Survey GB (Silverlight) Ordnance Survey GB LandRanger data as MapMode in the Bing Maps Silverlight Control.
	Bing Maps & Photosynth (AJAX) This application integrates uses Photosynth iFrames in the Description-property of a VEShape-object. Sample-code is available here

	Floorplans & Photosynth (Silverlight) Floorplans have been crunched into a Bing Maps Tile-Layer with the MapCruncher. Photosynth collections are available for Level 2 and 3. On level 2 there is a traditional 3-dimensional Photosynth. On level 3 there are some panorama-synths that have been created with my mobile phone and the Image Composite Editor (ICE) from Microsoft Research.

	ENEL Green Power Tile-Layer created from a service hosted in Windows Azure accesing spatial data in SQL Azure. Additionally using the ASP.NET Chart Control to visualize pie-charts with power ditribution over green energies.
